Terms of Service

Service — the website https://www.clappix.com, including animation tools, Adobe After Effects scripts, and related modules (Physics World, Water Animation, etc.).

User — a legally capable individual aged 18 or older.

Scripts/Products — software products (Adobe After Effects scripts, etc.) available for purchase through the Service.

Subscription — access to specific Service features for a defined period (day, month, year, or perpetual).

The Operator provides software tools for creating animations and the ability to purchase scripts and licenses. The software is provided “as is,” and the Operator does not guarantee specific creative or commercial outcomes.

Registration is performed via OAuth (Yandex ID, Google). The User is responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for all actions performed under their account.

The User agrees to: comply with applicable laws; not copy, decompile, or redistribute the Operator's software without written permission; not transfer license keys to third parties; not use the Service in ways that infringe the rights of others.

All scripts, animations, source code, and Service materials are the intellectual property of the Operator and are protected by copyright.

Purchasing a license grants the User a non-exclusive right to use the product in personal and commercial projects, but not the right to resell, distribute, or modify the product itself.

Content created by the User using the Service (renders, animations) belongs to the User.

Prices for paid features and products are displayed in the Service interface. Payments are processed through YooKassa. Upon receiving payment, the Operator issues a self-employment tax receipt via the “My Tax” app and sends it to the User's email within 1 business day.

Refunds for digital content after license activation are not provided, except as required by applicable law.

Some Service features (including Water Animation) are provided free of charge with daily usage limits. The Operator reserves the right to modify limits and free access conditions.

The Service uses Yandex.Metrica for anonymized visitor statistics. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with specific software versions, or achievement of particular results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the preceding 3 months, or 10,000 RUB (whichever is less). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by mandatory law.

The Operator may restrict or terminate User access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms or applicable law.

The Operator is not liable for failures caused by force majeure (provider outages, sanctions, natural disasters, etc.).

These Terms may be updated by publishing a new version on the website. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing that, in court at the Operator's place of residence, unless otherwise required by law.
